Risk Management CONSULTANTS
Risk Management Consultants provide day-to-day advisory services and act as subject matter experts on complex risk management issues from both client and broker perspectives. They consult on insurance placement strategies, renewals, and new placements, independently negotiating complex deals while supporting the firm’s objectives on behalf of clients. Consultants oversee the work quality of the Associates and Technicians, as well as ensure that the guiding principles of the firm are maintained.
Danielle M. Equi, Senior Consultant, has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry placing and overseeing property and casualty programs for large and complex real estate portfolios. She received a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Shannon M. Recco, Senior Consultant, has experience in residential and commercial real estate and transactional finance law as a senior finance paralegal at a large Boston-based law firm. She graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a BA in Legal Studies and Spanish. Shannon is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Margaret A. Firth graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Liberal Arts Studies with a specialty in English Literature. She also studied one year at the University of Oxford’s New College, United Kingdom, and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Robert A. Martin, Claims Specialist, oversees all claims management and training for the firm, serving as a strategic claims resource for clients on claims issues across all lines of coverage. Bob brings over 30 years of experience to the firm, having dealt with a variety of claims, liability, and litigation issues as a consultant, insurance counsel, and adjuster for numerous insurance industry leaders. He received a BA in Business Management from Assumption College, an MBA from Anna Maria College, and a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. Bob is a member of the Federal and Massachusetts Bars, and has earned his Massachusetts Producer License for both commercial casualty and personal lines as well as his Claims Adjuster Licenses for multiple states and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Jeffrey C. Meehan, Head of RMC Analytics, coordinated the establishment of the firm’s risk analytics process and is active in its day-to-day internal and insurance market data analysis for the firm. He also serves as Consultant on a number of client real estate portfolios. Jeff received an MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He was inducted into Suffolk University’s Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. Jeff is a member of the Massachusetts and the New York Bars and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Ryan C. Olmsted graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College with a BA. He is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Jacob R. Sexton worked for 10 years in the insurance industry concentrating in real estate, construction, and energy sectors. He has extensive experience with OCIPs, CCIPs, Builder's Risk, and Pollution Legal Liability exposures and policies. Jake received a BS in Economics from Trinity College. He has earned the CIC, CRM, and CRIS designations. He is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Will C. Starratt received a BA with specialty in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He received an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Risk Management ASSOCIATES
Risk Management Associates orchestrate coverage for new acquisitions, assist Consultants in execution of the placement strategy, analyze insurance and other complex data, and ensure proper preparation of a variety of risk management and insurance documentation.
Christie L. Hardiman, Director of Professional Development, oversees and manages the workflow of all Associates and Technicians at the firm to ensure that training is consistent, work is properly delegated, and requirements explained. She received a BS in Print Journalism from Boston University.
Alison R. Hochman graduated cum laude from Ithaca College with a BS in Exercise Science. She is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Thomas D. Hunt received a BA in History and International Relations from Boston University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School where he graduated magna cum laude. Tom is a member of the Massachusetts and the Maine Bars, and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Shawn P. Lamothe earned his BA from Clark University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Risk Management TECHNICIANS
Risk Management is inherently complex. Our Risk Management Technicians are skilled in coordinating and managing a myriad of details on a number of accounts. They interface with clients, brokers, and insurance company representatives, as well as internal staff to answer questions and ensure that records are accurate and current. Working as part of a team under the direction of Senior Consultants, they contribute to the service and results provided for clients.

Monique L. DeVoe received a BS in Sociology from Providence College and a MUA degree from Boston University.
